Finance company (mortgage) is expanding our team and is looking for an experienced sales manager/team leader telemarketing.
The candidate must have a proven track record of leading a team of telemarketers who use predictive dialer as a tool to generate leads, as well as in-bound live leads.
You work together with the telemarketing team to teach, manage and coach the sales reps (6 currently, we are hiring another 3) to build a positive, fun and productive team.
We offer base + commission and a serious candidate can make $1200 to $2,000 plus/week
Periodically incentive bonuses and sales contests are offered as well. You will be paid every Friday.
Minimum of 3-4 years phone / telemarketing is required.
Must be fluent in English (bilingual Spanish is OK too) and be able to speak to clients (home owners) in a professional manner.
Duties Include but not limited to the following with the team;
- Leading the team to achieve performance
- Handing inbound mailer live phone calls
- Completing applications over the phone
- Data entry + follow up etc.
- MS office basic experience
Must have a great attitude, excellent communication skills, strong motivation and persuasion skills and smart in order to engage with prospective clients on the phone.
