We are seeking a motivated and goal-driven Appointment Setter to join our Energy-Efficient Home Improvement team. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting homeowners, identifying interest in energy-saving upgrades (such as windows, roofing, HVAC, patio covers and coating solutions), and scheduling qualified appointments for our field consultants.
Your communication skills, professionalism, and ability to quickly build rapport will play a key role in helping homeowners take the next step toward reducing energy costs and improving comfort in their homes. Minimum one year experience with setting appointments required
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to homeowners from provided leads or lead lists.
Engage prospects in a friendly, informative manner about energy-efficient home upgrades (windows, roofing, HVAC, patio cover, coating, etc.).
Qualify leads based on program eligibility, home ownership, and interest level.
Schedule in-home consultations for our field representatives.
Confirm appointment details and follow up to ensure attendance.
Accurately record customer information and call notes in CRM systems.
Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly appointment and conversion goals.
Provide excellent customer service and represent the company’s values and mission.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or inside sales preferred (energy, solar, or home improvement industry a plus).
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Goal-oriented with a positive, professional attitude.
Comfortable working with call scripts and digital CRM tools.
High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).
Spanish a plus
