Agents must be able to:
Answer all incoming calls from potential customers promptly & professionally
Learn & provide accurate information about our products and services
assist in the sales process by processing orders, managing customer accounts, and resolving any customer concerns or issues.
This is a full-time on-site role located in Lake Forest, CA.
WE WILL TRAIN YOU
MAKE UP TO $250K A YEAR
INBOUND CALLS, ALL OPT-IN LEADS.
Compensation: Weekly pay, Daily cash spiffs
Employment type: FULL TIME, 6am-3pm / 7am-4pm / 8am-5pm
We are looking for experienced and highly motivated phone sales agents to grow with us.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work Full Time (40 hrs./week)
-Inside Sales and Customer Service skills
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Order Processing and Account Management abilities
-Excellent problem-solving skills
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
-Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
-Bilingual is a PLUSSSSSSS (Spanish )
