About me: I own a recruiting company and we are in the process of developing proprietary software to streamline our recruiting process. Specifically, we are developing Automated Resume Screening Software, AI-Driven Candidate Matching Systems, Chatbots for Initial Candidate Interactions and Predictive Analytics for Assessing Candidate Success.
About you: software development experience, driving distance to Tustin Ranch Plaza, and open to part time work. Knows how to leverage AI, such as ChatGPT, to create software quickly and efficiently.
The opportunity: I am searching to add one more front end and two more backend developers to our already existing team. Initially, the positions are unpaid and your only compensation is real world experience on a project that you can add to your resume or internship credit (I have experience working with colleges to ensure you receive credit for your internship). After an initial 60 day probationary period, we will consider transitioning your position to a paid position. I am OK to let you join the team as long as you can commit at least 5 hours per week to start. Most of your work will be remote, but we will have occasional in-person meetings near Tustin Ranch Plaza.
