We’re looking for a part-time renter to share our space with.
We are located inside the “Beauty Bungalows” in the heart of Downtown Huntington Beach.
Ideally this space would suit a hairstylist, barber or extension specialist as it is set up this way.
These salon suites are not your typical Sola/Phoenix suites, they’re more of a beach bungalow feel that will have you and your guest feeling at home.
We love it here and we know you will too!
We’re one mile away from the ocean, walking distance to all restaurants on Main St, very close yet far enough away from the noise.
You have aprivate entrance with your own key, and a friendly community of professionals around you. No drama, no negativity.
Rent is:
2 days a week - 180
3 days a week - 270
Includes:
Choice of 3 days a week
Shared station with 3 good size drawers.
Product storage, 3 good size drawers + extra product storage.
Make extra income by selling your own products (with a non compete agreement)
Towels
Back bar Davines shampoo, Conditioner
Coffee, water, and snacks for clients
Washer, dryer on site, laundry detergent & cleaning supplies.
Usage of common areas, waiting room outdoor patio.
