I have a shared room for 2 Eyelash Extension Artists near downtown Tustin. It’s a large room room for 2 beds, a desk & chairs, and plenty of natural light. I have 1 side available. You get 7 day a week access. Sometimes you’ll be working alone and sometimes the other Eyelash Extension Artist will be working in the room with you. There is a sink outside the room in the hallway. Please call set up a time to see the room and chat. It’s a full service salon with hairstylists, manicurists, and an esthetician. Low rent, key to salon and your room, seven day a week access, ample parking. So one side of the room (the side that is furnished) is already rented you’d be renting the other side bringing in your own bed, chair, etc.
Also in the state of CA you must have a Cosmetology or Esthetician license to do eyelash extensions.
Only renting to an eyelash tech and please have a clientele. This is a rental situation.
