Job Description: Sales/ Front Desk Administrator
Perform customer/member services in addressing all member concerns and complaints; communicate operation and sales initiatives to current and prospective member base, provide facility tours to all members and guests, complete customer sales requests, membership update requests, and give/ offer assistance with facility use.
Complete basic office administration duties that include filing, new member account add(s) and member account updates, answering calls and taking messages, making outbound calls to members, and handling front desk and membership sales.
Complete minor facility maintenance such as spot cleaning, vacuum, cleaning mirrors, changing trash liners, doing laundry, and outside cleaning.
Job Requirements:
Capable Sales skill set
Excellent organizational skills
Able to prioritize duties accordingly
Basic computer usage comprehension
Basic Mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, & division)
Demonstrate capable customer service skill set
Provide comprehensive verbal and written communication
Energetic and friendly personality
Possess initiative when appropriate
