We're looking for a General Manager to help run day-to-day operations as well as to GROW the business!
We're looking for someone that is a highly energetic, self motivated, outgoing, proactive, entrepreneurial self-starter
As General Manager, you will be responsible for managing our staff of 10-15 employees, our weekend party business, scheduling, payroll, inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe gym.
You will also be responsible for helping maintain our social media presence, outreach to local schools, and other marketing initiatives. And you will be expected to proactively suggest ideas for improvement and growth!
This position can be part-time. Weekend hours are required.
Operational Responsibilities:
- Oversee weekend party operations
