Need female personal trainer for older woman (not that old lol!) for basic streatching, core and upper body and balance! need 2-3 times a week at my home at Jamboree and Coast Hwy for only 1/2 hr. Paying $40 half hour. Need to know how to work with someone who only walks alot and not push too much! Thank you!
