We have 2 rooms available for rent at a popular salon on Avenida Del Mar in San Clemente. Salon Bamboo has been a staple in the community for decades. The spa itself is tucked away in the courtyard, perfect for various types of aesthetic/beauty/massage professionals. It’s quiet & private. With its own separate entrance, bathroom & waiting area, your clients will feel instantly at home. You are free to come and go as you please during the salon’s regular business hours (open 7 days a week). You’re in charge of your schedule, your clients & your business. As long as the spa is kept clean (state board standards) and you pay your weekly rent, it’s yours! If you have a slow day, you’re welcome to hang out in the salon and build your books by talking to the salon clients.
This is a great way to run your own business, but still get the “salon experience” that a lot of suite renters miss when they venture out on their own.
