Role Description
PLC Wellness is seeking a full-time Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our on-site team in Garden Grove, CA. This individual will play a key role in building client relationships, delivering outstanding service, executing strategic sales initiatives, conducting training sessions, booking appointments, and achieving business goals.
Responsibilities
Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and support.
Answer phone calls and assist customers with inquiries.
Book appointments efficiently and accurately using scheduling systems.
Process payments and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Collaborate with the team to achieve company objectives and maintain a positive work environment
Qualifications
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Proven experience in sales and sales management.
Expertise in training and mentoring team members.
Ability to manage phone calls and appointment scheduling effectively.
Proficiency in payment processing and basic administrative tasks.
Fluency in Vietnamese and English is required.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Effective collaboration and teamwork skills.
Compensation and Benefits
Starting pay: $18/hour plus bonuses and commission opportunities.
Schedule
Full-time position.
8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday.
