OSTEOSTRONG SESSION COACH and SALES ASSOCIATE
The OsteoStrong Session Coach and Sales Associate is responsible for creating a client-focused, energetic, positive environment and maintaining a strong desire to maximize center revenue and member enrollments. They must be a team player who loves people and is self-motivated.
Qualifications
Previous sales experience in a retail or customer service environment preferred.
Passion for health and wellness and a desire to help others achieve their wellness goals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong ability to communicate clearly with team members, clients and senior management
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Capable of working autonomously and collaboratively
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Must have superior customer service skills
Must be highly organized
Work Requirements
Must be available to work: Minimum of three shifts per week; minimum of 3 hours each
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
Must be able to move and/or lift heavy items, up to 50 lbs.
Compensation
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour + Sales Commission Opportunity
Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
