We mainly do big jobs (ARO above $1K) , so very few oil changes, but a lot of inspections - we work on all makes/models (you don't have to be an expert in all makes but you need to be resourceful!) Yes, we work on classics too!
MUST be excellent in inspection and diagnostics and repair. Quality of work is extremely important!
we only use OEM/OES parts, shop does not use Autozone/NAPA etc parts! even our oil changes are done using Synthetic oil from bottles( no bulk oil)
MUST be able to work on your own without supervision, self motivated and professional. Owner is actively managing , no manager or commissioned sales people drama! All techs/owner :have 15+ years experience in the field!
ASE preferred, Company helps with ASE Certifications if desired.
