Cabinet Installer (Occasional Fabrication and Finishing is a nice to have)

Location: Mostly Orange County, CA. / Sometimes surrounding counties.
BetterRemodels.com, a premier remodeling (kitchen and bath) company, is seeking dedicated residential cabinet installers, fabricators, and assemblers to join our esteemed team. Our projects involve intricate, custom cabinetry crafted from premium solid and panel materials.
Must Haves:
- Pass background check
- Must be able to properly install kitchen cabinets (Level and plumb to studds)
- Must speak and read English.
- Must be able to read plans
- Must be good at communicating
- Must be able to miter crown molding
- Must have tools for cabinet installation
Basic Requirements:
Meticulous attention to detail for delivering top-quality custom work
Ability to work efficiently, maintaining focus and pace
Strong work ethic with a commitment to excellence
Excellent customer service skills
Positive attitude and proactive work approach
Minimum 5 years of experience installing custom frameless and face frame cabinetry along with RTA cabinets
Compensation ranges from $18.00 (Newbie) to $30.00 (Shop on wheels)
Must-Haves:
Reliability, honesty, and a proactive attitude
2+ years of verifiable experience
Valid driver's license and transportation
Experience with installing and/or making and finishing cabinetry.
Ability to interpret and execute plans from inception to completion
Strong problem-solving skills essential for custom projects
Nice to have include ability to do plumbing hook ups for sinks, or showers.

Needs to be reliable.
No Substance use during working hours
Priority on compensation over productivity
