Tech One Construction Inc. has been a commercial construction company supporting projects throughout multiple states since 2004. We seek individuals who strongly desire to work in an office Full-Time, can work in a team environment, are organized, and take pride in their work.
Must have extensive hands-on construction experience and can advise on-location technicians from our Montclair office location.
Responsibilities:
Managing incoming facility work orders. Assigning incoming work orders to co-team members.
Scheduling and advising in-house and vendor technicians. Offering in office and over-the-phone technical support.
Coordinate and schedule facility maintenance appointments with customers.
Help to price and submit proposals for work orders.
This is an evolving position where duties and responsibilities will change as needed.
Requirements:
Extensive "hands-on" Construction experience in multiple trades.
Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in record-keeping and documentation
Ability to learn our software platforms

Location - Montclair, CA
Work Week - Monday through Friday
Hours - 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Additional hours may be required for emergency calls.
Construction experience and bilingual English/Spanish is not required but is a benefit.
