We are immediately hiring for commercial kitchen installers. We install kitchens in restaurants, hotels, resorts and other commercial applications.

Pay starts at $25 (entry level) and higher an hour plus benefits with experience.

Full Job Description

Overview: The Foodservice Equipment Installer is responsible for ensuring successful installation of a full range of commercial kitchen equipment in restaurants and institutional settings.

Works effectively with Co-workers, General Contractors, Project Managers and other support departments.

Responsibilities:

Ability to load and unload equipment and tools properly for delivery and work in the field, must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs

Setting commercial kitchen equipment in place for connection to be made by contractor

Hanging exhaust hoods, installing curbs and fans.

Hanging/securing of shelving, racking and other wall or ceiling products

Welding, grinding and polishing

Assembly of large and small commercial kitchen equipment (i.e. ranges, ovens, refrigerator/freezers and fryers)

Ability to troubleshoot employee, customer and vendor concerns

Ensure all safety regulations on job sites and while driving are followed

Attend required safety and product training

Maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times

Proficiency in reading layout drawings

Proficiency in use of hand and power tools

Primary work schedule is Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm, this does fluctuate as the hours are dictated by the job site.

Position may require overtime hours, some night work (at premium pay), overnight stays, out of town travel and weekend work as needed.

The ideal candidate Will Possess the Following Skills and Abilities:High School Diploma or Equivalent

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in commercial kitchen installations

Able to operate cordless and power tools

Excellent interpersonal / communication skills and a collaborative work style

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with an attention to detail with minimal supervision

Experience with driving with a trailer

Clean driving record required to drive a company vehicle

Must submit to background check and drug screening
