Position Summary:
Commercial skilled painter performing tasks, including prep and taping work and application using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment, while ensuring safety and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Always ensuring your personal safety and that of others
Prepping and taping extensively also using brushes, rollers and sprayer
Prepare and use tools and materials efficiently to deliver high-quality work.
Maintain a clean and safe job site, securing tools and equipment daily.
Handle and store materials as needed.
Submit timekeeping records promptly.
Collaborate effectively with the team.
Adhere to the work schedule as set by the Superintendent and Project Managers.
Experience Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of commercial painting experience required.
References required.
Work Environment and Physical Demands:
Exposure to fumes, airborne particles, and extreme weather conditions.
Must be able to lift heavy objects, stand for long periods, and perform strenuous tasks. Requires good manual dexterity and stamina.
