Position Summary:
A Concrete Worker is responsible for mixing and preparing cement, operating and maintaining machinery, and helping to lay and finish concrete. This may include tasks such as mixing cement, sand and water to form concrete, operating concrete pumps and mixing machines, or helping to lay and finish concrete. The job may also involve interpreting blueprints and reading survey stakes to establish appropriate grades, ensuring that worksites are prepared for concrete footings and concrete forms are assembled in certain locations, loading and unloading materials, supplies, and work tools to and from trucks and the construction site, and ensuring that objects or equipment is in the appropriate place where they are needed.

Maintain a clean and safe job site, securing tools and equipment daily.
Handle and store materials as needed.
Submit timekeeping records promptly.
Collaborate effectively with the team.
Adhere to the work schedule as set by the Superintendent and Project Managers.
Experience Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of construction labor experience required.
References REQUIRED
Work Environment and Physical Demands:
Must be able to lift heavy objects, stand for long periods, and perform strenuous tasks. Requires good manual dexterity and stamina.
