EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE/SKILL:
Must have some experience/knowledge/skill in carpentry, electrical, tile, drywall, plumbing, painting, and rough to finish work.
Must have the skill/knowledge to work with a variety of hand and power tools. Ability to use equipment and tools properly and safely as instructed.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work independently.
Have the ability to be a team player.
Ability to communicate well and complete daily activities
Ability to understand, follow and take direction, verbally and written.
Ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency.
Must be professional, construction driven, high integrity, motivated to learn.
Must have the willingness/ability to perform labor intensive construction work.
Must have dependable transportation, preferably a truck. Basic tools, and work boots.
