Job Description:
As a Drycleaner Spotter at View Cleaners, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the removal of stains and spots from various types of fabrics and garments. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying different types of stains, selecting appropriate cleaning techniques and solutions, and effectively treating stains to restore garments to their pristine condition.
Responsibilities:
Inspect garments for stains and spots, identifying their nature and severity.
Select suitable cleaning methods, solvents, and equipment for stain removal.
Apply spot removal techniques according to garment care labels and industry best practices.
Monitor the progress of stain removal processes and make adjustments as necessary.
Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate workflow and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and cleanliness standards.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a spotter or similar role in the dry cleaning industry preferred.
Knowledge of different types of fabrics and their appropriate cleaning methods.
Familiarity with stain removal techniques and equipment.
Attention to detail and the ability to identify and assess stains accurately.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
