Description of Duties
Supervising a crew of 4-8 electricians
Monitoring productivity of crew
Completing field administration: Daily reports
Organizing and coordinating all work with Superintendent and other trade’s
Lead a crew of 4-8 electricians
Mentor Apprentices
Complete projects within a scheduled time frame
Recognize any safety hazards and possible change orders and report them to your supervisor
Qualifications
California Certified Journeyman
Strong communication, organizational, and people skills are required.
A minimum of 5 years experience as a COMMERCIAL ELECTRICAL FOREMAN
Prefer a CAL-OSHA 30 Certification
Valid California Driver’s License
Must Be available to work NIGHTS
Physical Demands
Wear personal protective equipment (hard hat, safety glasses, and gloves always), respirator when required.
Climbing ladders and steep stairs, crawling, standing, stooping, bending, crouching, kneeling, sitting, reaching, able to routinely lift heavy objects more than 50 pounds and pushing and pulling of objects is required.
