Seeking candidates with 3-5 years of experience servicing Sharp Copiers
Service area job will require daily traveling within Los Angeles County & Orange County.
We are searching for a hard working honest individual who will provide exceptional customer service, is self-motivated, can work unsupervised, pays attention to details, shows quality work, has excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a good attitude and a track record of reliability.
Must have a valid CA driver’s license and clean driving record with at least 5 years of driving experience, able to pass a background check and know the Los Angeles, Orange County and Riverside areas.
Requirements:
Current or previous experience and knowledge servicing Sharp copiers preferred
Customer service skills, professional appearance, attitude & manners are a MUST
As part of a team in a fast-paced environment you must be able to work independently
- on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on any given assignments
Must be able to multitask, switch from one job to another quickly and efficiently
Must be organized and have strong attention to detail with problem solving abilities
Must have outstanding verbal & written communication skills
Must have strong computer, internet and networking knowledge
Must be able to set-up, MFP’s independently and configure, troubleshoot and solve simple networking issues such as verifying IP settings, DHCP, IP Address Conflict and cabling issues on client networks
Need to have personal reliable transportation with clean driving record
Some Weekend Work Required
Duties & Responsibilities:
Deliver, set-up and service Sharp copiers at customer locations
Perform maintenance, repairs, diagnostics and troubleshooting of Sharp copiers
Perform basic network connected installations and provide customer training
Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
Communicating with customers to ensure satisfaction are required in this role
Demonstrate customer service and follow-up skills are required in this role
Time management and organization skills are required in this role
