Job Description:
We are seeking a Full-Time Filter Cleaner & Company Gopher to assist in maintaining pools and handling unexpected tasks that arise throughout the day. The ideal candidate is an experienced filter cleaner who can also handle various jobs like minor repairs, ensuring efficiency and keeping our pool technicians focused on their routes. You will also use the Get Skimmer app to manage customer communications and update service logs.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform filter cleaning and maintenance for various pool types.
Assist pool technicians with unexpected needs by supplying parts, tools, or helping resolve on-site issues.
Be the company “gopher” for any ad hoc tasks, including parts delivery and troubleshooting.
Ensure a well-stocked truck with all necessary tools and parts for unforeseen problems.
Use the Get Skimmer app for logging services and communicating with customers.
Communicate effectively with the team and management to streamline operations.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in the pool industry (filter cleaning experience preferred).
Must have a reliable and presentable truck.
Ability to troubleshoot and handle minor pool-related issues independently.
Friendly and presentable demeanor.
Experience with or willingness to learn the Get Skimmer app for customer communication.
