Our bustling eBike shop is seeking a dynamic Sales Associate who not only loves bikes but also has the technical skills to maintain them.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to determine their cycling needs and recommend suitable bikes, accessories, and services.
- Provide detailed information about our range of e-bikes and demonstrate their features and benefits.
- Assist in maintaining the showroom and ensure all bikes are well-presented and operational.
- Perform basic mechanical tasks such as assembling, adjusting, and troubleshooting bikes to ensure they're in top condition.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in the cycling and e-bike industry.
Qualifications:
- Strong interest and knowledge in bicycles, particularly e-bikes.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably in a bike shop setting.
- Basic mechanical skills and familiarity with bike repair and maintenance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- A team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
