JOB Description:
Painting Duties are but are not limited to, daily painting chores that include:
Painters are responsible for performing general physical activities, such as climbing ladders, working on scaffolding, and applying plaster, stucco, or related material. Painters should be able to distinguish colors, apply cleaning solvents, erect scaffolding, and prepare building surfaces for wallpaper, adhesives, paint, or finishes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform residential and light commercial interior/exterior painting
Prepare surfaces (scraping, sanding, priming) to ensure lasting results
Ensure clean lines, proper coverage, and attention to detail
Provide a courteous, respectful, and pleasant interaction with all persons
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
