We are a locally owned and operated HVAC company that has been serving the North Orange county area for over 40 years. We are seeking motivated and skilled residential lead installers.
Required to apply for this job:
1 - 3 years minimum experience installing residential HVAC systems
2 - Your own hand tools, meters, gauges, etc
3 - Valid Drivers license and transportation to and from our office
4 - Understanding of current local, state and federal building codes
Education and Certification requirements:
1 - HVAC school a plus
2 - EPA Universal a plus
3 - NATE certification a plus
4 - Any other HVAC classes a plus (IHACI, NCI etc)
Skills required:
We are looking for a full out lead installer that has done and can do everything with installing and retrofitting residential HVAC systems. Please do not apply for this job if you cannot do any of the tasks below.
1 - Must have installed single stage, two speed, and variable speed systems.
2 - Must know zoning boards, dampers and controls.
3 - Must know how to braze refrigerant lines and run line sets
4 - Must know how to wire control boards and thermostats
5 - Must know how to vacuum, start up a system and set sub cooling with your gauges
6 - Must know how to run gas lines and electrical from panel to furnaces and condenser
7 - Must know how to put together a furnace, coil, filter rack, and supply plenum
8 - Must know how to cut in new supply and return boxes and grills
9 - Must know how to cut, tape, seal, insulate, and damper new ducts
10 - Must know how to install flue vents
11 - Must be able to work Monday through Friday (no weekends)
