The HVAC Technician is responsible for inspecting, repairing and installing ventilation, HVAC equipment and systems in residential / commercial / industrial properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC, construction plumbing and be proficient in using a variety of tools and equipment.
Business hours are 8am-4pm; with after hours as needed
Start Rate: $40-$50 per hour | Full time | HVAC licensing and plumbing experience required.
Knowledge of HVAC installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance
Strong understanding of plumbing schematics and blueprints
Ability to use hand and power tools applicable to job
Physical stamina to perform tasks that may involve heavy lifting, bending, and crawling.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Requirements:
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
Ability to be part of our on-call rotation
Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving history
Must have the flexibility for after hour calls and being in an on-call rotation
Must have both HVAC and plumbing experience
