Position Overview:
We need someone experienced with industrial cleaning equipment who can work independently, communicate effectively, and deliver exceptional results. Sales and customer service skills are a plus as you’ll interact with clients in person and via text.
Responsibilities:
Clean and refinish floors to perfection.
Quote jobs, generate leads, and upsell services to customers.
Represent our brand professionally.
Train team members and manage job sites.
Report progress clearly to the team.
What We Offer:
Pay: $23–$28/hour + potential commissions.
Hours: 40+ per week, flexible schedule.

Requirements:
Prior experience in floor cleaning or installation.
Skilled with industrial equipment (buffers, power washers, etc.).
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and sealers.
