P&M Plumbing, Inc. has been serving Orange County and beyond since 1978. We are seeking a full-time plumber experienced in residential and commercial service call work, as well as experience working/supervising long-term job contracts.
A minimum of 10 years experience as a plumber is a must to be considered Journeyman status. We have to be able to send you to a multitude of different plumbing scenarios, have you capable of assessing, estimating time and materials and execute the job. We rely heavily on field service software that you must be capable of using to clock in/out of jobs, enter notes and pictures, and with training, estimate and invoice jobs to collect payment onsite.
This job is full-time and utilizes our company fleet for all work performed for our company, so you must have a clean driving record. It is imperative that you also have a reliable form of transportation as we are sticklers about being on time each morning. Because of this, we prefer you live within a relatively short distance of our Orange County office.
Must have your own tools, cell phone, and be able to read blueprints and isometric drawings. You must be able to communicate effectively and professionally in English verbally and in the written word with clients, general contractors and fellow team members.
We are a non-commission shop. We offer a competitive wage with the benefit of steady, full-time work using a company vehicle, fuel and large tool equipment. If you are reliable, punctual, knowledgeable in your field and have a stellar work ethic, we want you! If you show motivation to take on more of a sales role that results in winning bids, we will compensate with a commission structure.
