Lead Builder – OKOPOD USA, Inc. (Anaheim, CA)
Pay: $35–$40 per hour (based on experience)
Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
About Us
OKOPOD USA builds high-quality, wood-framed prefabricated units at our Anaheim factory. We’re a growing team that values craftsmanship, safety, and efficiency. We’re looking for a Lead Builder to help run daily production, work hands-on with our crew, and ensure top-quality builds.
What You’ll Do
Lead and train a small team of builders on the shop floor
Handle hands-on framing and assembly of prefab units
Maintain build quality, accuracy, and production schedule
Read and follow construction drawings
Keep the workspace organized and safe
Communicate clearly with management and crew
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of building or carpentry experience
Experience supervising or training other builders
Strong understanding of wood-framed and prefab construction
Able to read plans and build with precision
Reliable, safety-minded, and team-oriented
Authorized to work in the United States
Physical and Safety Requirements
Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods
Comfortable using hand and power tools
Must wear boots (we provide gloves, glasses, and hearing protection)
Follow all OKOPOD safety rules and directions
Participate in daily safety briefings
Pay and Benefits
$35–$40 per hour, based on experience
