Riviera Construction is an established General Contractor in San Clemente since 2003. We perform premier full home renovations, additions, kitchen and bath remodels, decks, etc. We are seeking a talented carpenter who is looking to fill a position of leadership in our company. This is a full time position for a career minded individual.
Overall Responsibilities:
- perform all aspects of carpentry labor (frame and finish)
- jobsite supervision of our crew, maintain jobsite protection and cleanliness
- supervision and scheduling of subcontractors
- assist with material takeoffs and ordering
- maintain jobsite paperwork including daily logs
Required Skills:
- ability to read and fully understand building plans for residential remodels
- excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- capable of accurately completing both frame and finish carpentry tasks
- ability and desire to learn new skills
Great to have skills:
- Experience with Buildertrend scheduling software
- Bilingual Spanish/ English
