Looking for a highly skilled and experienced maintenance technician. All work is primarily in Orange County, the candidate must be very knowledgeable and proficient with plumbing, electrical, drywall, stucco, painting, tile, and concrete. Must help with bathroom and kitchen remodels. Must have at least 3 years of maintenance and construction experience. Must have their own basic tools. We will supply larger tools and the work and materials. Must be able to work solo or in a team environment and communicate well. OPTION: we may provide a company vehicle.
