CNC Programmer - Mill & Lathe ($30 - $40 per hour) - Los Alamitos
- Develop, edit, and test CNC programs for mill and lathe machines using CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Fusion 360, Gibbs CAM)
- Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and CAD models to determine machining requirements
- Set up and operate CNC machines during prototype and first-run production
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience programming CNC mills and lathes
- Proficiency in CAM software and G-code programming
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and GD&T
- Familiarity with ISO quality standards and lean manufacturing practices
Electronic Micro Assembler ($32-$40/hr DOE)
- Disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test experimental or prototype assemblies and subassemblies according to specifications and under simulated conditions.
- Assemble small parts under microscope.
- 2+ years of experience as aMicro Assembler or similar field
- Soldering experience: IPC J-STD-001 and IPC A-610 certificationis required
- Able to work with tweezers under a microscope
CNC Operator ($25+ per hour) - Los Alamitos
- Operate CNC mills and lathes according to job specifications and setup instructions
- Load raw materials and tooling, and ensure proper alignment and calibration
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments to maintain accuracy and efficiency
- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
- 2+ years of experience operating CNC mills and/or lathes
- Familiarity with aerospace materials such as aluminum, titanium, and composites
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions and basic understanding of G-code and CNC controls (e.g., Fanuc, Haas, Siemens)
CNC Setup Technician ($25+ per hour) - Los Alamitos
- Set up CNC mills and lathes according to job specifications and engineering drawings
- Install and align tooling, fixtures, and workpieces for optimal machining performance
- Load and verify CNC programs; perform dry runs and first-article inspections
- Adjust machine parameters and offsets to ensure dimensional accuracy and surface finish
- Assist troubleshoot setup issues and maintain setup documentation, tooling lists, and machine logs
- Perform routine maintenance checks and report equipment issues
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
- 3+ years of experience in CNC machine setup (mill and lathe)
- Familiarity with aerospace materials such as titanium, aluminum, and composites
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and setup sheets
- Experience with CNC controls (e.g., Fanuc, Haas, Siemens)
CNC Screw Machine Operator ($22 - $28 /hour) - Long Beach, CA
- Operate and monitor multi-spindle screw machines to produce conforming parts
- Use measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, optical comparators) to ensure part accuracy
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Mechanically inclined, willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
RF Test Technician ($25 - $30 per hour) - Cypress
- Tuning and testing of RF/,microwave power amplifiers at X. Ku, and Ka-bands.
- Expertise with handling, tuning, and testing open chip semiconductor devices.
- Ability to test various RF/microwave products from the development phase and intro production.
- Minimum of 2 years of direct experience.
- Proficient with the use of lab equipment; spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, power meter, etc.
- Know and understand ESD procedures.
- Knowledge in the use of epoxies and bounding materials.
Quality Control Inspector ($25 - $30 per/hour) - Cypress
- Conducts mechanical inspections upon receipt of various components, including piece parts, sub-assemblies, and full assemblies. Determines acceptance or rejection based on drawings and specifications. Documents findings across multiple forms and logs, and enters inspection data into an electronic system.
- 1-2 years of experience with quality control
- Ability to Interpret specifications including Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
- Ability to set up, program, and operate CMM to inspect complex parts and assemblies
Mechanical Assembler ($23 - $25 per hour) - Cypress
- Disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test experimental or prototype
- Cleaning, bonding, measuring
- Connector and harness installation
- 4+ years of experience as a Mechanical Assembler or similar field
- Soldering experience: IPC J-STD-001 and/or IPC A-610 certification is a plus
- Able to work with tweezers under a microscope
