Small Orange County Electrical Contractor is hiring! We’re a growing, electrical service company based in Orange County. We are looking for a skilled and reliable Electrical Apprentice to join our field team and grow with us. Key Responsibilities:
Assist Journeyman Electricians with installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings
Assist Journeyman Electricians with installing or replacing wiring, switches, outlets, light fixtures, and other electrical components with precision and safety
Handle basic wiring tasks, conduit installation, and equipment setup under supervision
Knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety standards (e.g., National Electrical Code, OSHA)
Support the execution of multiple projects and related tasks as assigned, demonstrating a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn
Proficient in working within a computerized environment, utilizing software such as Microsoft Office, Gmail, and other relevant applications to support daily operations and communication
Effectively communicate with team members, supervisors, and customers
Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety by adhering to company policies, industry standards, and relevant local codes
Ensure a clean and well-organized workspace to minimize hazards, enhance job efficiency, and maintain a professional company image
Qualifications:
Valid California Apprentice Certification
2 years of experience in service work or similar role
Strong worth ethic and eagerness to learn
Dependable, punctual, and professional
Valid California driver’s license and an acceptable driving record
