About the Role:
We are seeking an Operations Support Specialist to support active construction projects across Los Angeles and Orange Counties. This on-site role reports directly to the COO and plays a vital part in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with excellent client communication. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and thrives in a hands-on environment, capable of managing multiple job sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the on-site point of contact for daily project activities
Document progress with status reports, photos, and updates
Monitor milestones, identify risks, and coordinate solutions
Communicate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to align expectations
Coordinate materials, equipment, and resources for smooth project execution
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in construction, project coordination, or operations support
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication with clients, vendors, and field teams
Proficiency with project tools (Procore, MS Project, Excel preferred; Bluebeam/AutoCAD a plus)
OSHA 10/30 or other safety certifications a plus
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel across LA/OC job sites
Compensation & Benefits:
$55,000 – $60,000 annually
Mileage reimbursement for travel between job sites
