We are a small family owned painting company from San Clemente CA. We are looking to expand our crew & grow.
Availability: Immediate openings for 2-3 skilled painters.
We are seeking experienced house painters to join our team. This is a great opportunity for motivated, reliable individuals who take pride in their work and can operate independently.
Responsibilities:
Perform all aspects of interior and exterior house painting, including prepping, priming, painting, and finishing.
Proficiently use paint sprayers, brushes, and rollers.
Prep surfaces, including sanding, patching, and masking, to ensure a clean and professional finish.
Maintain a clean and organized worksite.
Communicate effectively and professionally with the team and clients.
Work efficiently and meet project deadlines.
Requirements:
2+ years of professional painting experience, including spraying, prepping, and detailed work.
Fluency in English.
Reliable transportation to travel to job sites.
Ability to work independently and be self-reliant without constant supervision.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Ability to follow instructions and take initiative when needed.
Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
