We are a small and established residential remodeling company based out of Yorba Linda looking to hire a highly motivated individual with an interest in residential remodeling. The ideal candidate will work alongside our small team and subcontractors on projects ranging from kitchen and bathroom remodels to whole house renovations and room additions.
We will provide training for the right candidate.
This is a full-time, 40/hr per week, W2 position. Please, no sub-contractors or W9 applicants.
Must be able to complete tasks alone or as part of a team, depending on the situation.
Responsibilities to include:
- Perform a variety of tasks, including demo, rough framing, and basic finish carpentry
- Prepare job sites for other trades / subcontractors
- Perform punch-list work
- Clean up daily and help maintain a safe work environment
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills and personable attitude with clients
- Exceptional punctuality
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Basic hand tools
- A willingness to learn and a positive attitude
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
Pay: $22-$25 / hr, depending on experience, mode of transportation, and tools.
Hours: 7:30AM - 4:00PM.
