Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and professional painter to complete trim and window-trim painting across approximately 50 residential units within a senior living community. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare interior surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and repairing minor imperfections.
Protect furniture and surrounding areas to prevent paint drips or damage.
Mix and match paint colors as needed.
Apply paint to trim and window trim using brushes and rollers for a smooth, high-quality finish.
Follow project specifications and quality standards for all completed work.
Maintain ongoing communication with clients and on-site personnel.
Ensure a safe, organized, and clean work area throughout the project.
Qualifications
Proven experience in residential painting, particularly trim and detailed finish work.
Ability to work independently and professionally in a senior living environment.
Strong communication skills and ability to speak English.
Reliability, punctuality, and strong attention to detail.
Ability to complete the project within the estimated 2–3-week timeframe.
