Team Summary - Maintenance:
At Pan American Properties, Inc., our Roving Maintenance Technicians are responsible for responding to the needs of our community residents and clients. They perform routine and general maintenance repairs to resolve existing concerns, and work diligently to apply preventive measures to minimize the risk of future problems. Our Roving Maintenance Technicians are experienced in various trades and labors and leverage that experience in concert with a personal commitment to excellence in order to provide best-in-class service to the various communities we proudly serve.
Job Summary – Appliance Technician:
As an Appliance Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of home appliances across the Orange County/Long Beach region. This role requires a skilled technician with a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a dedication to delivering superior customer service.
Employment Type: Full-Time, Hourly, Non-Exempt
Location/County of Assignment: Orange County/Long Beach Region
Hourly Rate: $32.00/Hour - $40.00/Hour (Depending on Experience)
