We are a busy, established Remodeling and Residential Construction company, looking for a Skilled Tradesman to add to our Field Crew.
Works well with others, be detail oriented and efficient, and have a great attitude!
Has valid, clean driving record
Has own reliable work truck and basic tools
Skills in construction are required.
Hours are Monday - Friday 7:30am-4:30pm, (including lunch break).
Compensation includes $32 per hour starting pay rate, paid biweekly.
Upward mobility; promotions.
Benefits (sick pay, vacation pay, retirement plan).
This position provides support to Management and Field Crew by performing the following:
Demolition
Removal of construction debris and hauls to recycling facility as needed
Framing
Electrical and Plumbing
Tiling
Mud and Texture
Paint
Millwork (knows how to cut and install baseboards, casings, crown molding)
Door and window installation
Lath and stucco
Finish items (installation of details such as freestanding vanities, bathroom accessories, mirrors)
Maintains clean and orderly job sites
Pick up and delivery of materials as needed
Must have a strong skill-set to offer.
