Phan Property Management, a property management and real estate serving over 30 years in Los Angeles and Orange county. We are looking for a self-motivated individual, responsible, and problem solving to join our dedicated team. Immediate openings for Sr. Maintenance Technician and Plumber position.
Sr. Maintenance Technician ($25-$30/hr.) and mileage reimbursement.
Kitchen/bathroom remodeling, cabinets assembly and installation
Painting, drywall installation, wall or ceiling texture
Ceramic or porcelain tile setters, laminate installation
Electrical repairs and general maintenance duties.
Plumber ($20-$22/hr.) and mileage reimbursement
Unclog mainline, all plumbing like toilet, kitchen sink, vanity sink, and bathtubs. Other duties may be assigned as general maintenance duties.
Qualification and Requirements:
Must have high school education.
Minimum of 5 years+ experience in general maintenance.
Maintains a valid and current driver's license.
Successfully pass a national criminal background check and motor vehicle background check.
Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening.
Ability to work independently or as a team in professional manner.
Ability to lift 50lbs or more.
Bilingual is preferred in both English & Spanish.
Must have your own vehicle/truck and tools.
