We own a portfolio of small, multi-tenant industrial properties in Southern California and we are looking for a tenant improvement specialist who can help self-perform unit turnovers. This typically involves hauling trash to the dumpsters, removing old carpeting, patching drywall, replacing acoustical ceiling tiles, some interior painting, and cleaning windows. Some turnovers are more extensive that require framing, plumbing, electrical upgrades, etc and this person would coordinate with the appropriate sub contractors to ensure the project gets done. The perfect person is a jack-of-all-trades type of person who is extremely reliable.
