Water Restoration Technician
Up to $40/hr for an experienced mitigation technician
We are a successful water damage mitigation company in South Orange County that is growing and looking for dedicated, full time, experienced technicians
Also looking for career-minded individuals that want to start from the ground up and grow with us. No experience needed in this case. Opportunities for advancement.
We are seeking individuals who are:

Responsibilities:
Perform water extraction, demolition, structural drying, etc.
Remove drywall, carpet, insulation.
Clean demo'ed areas.
Complete detailed job reports and documentation with photographs.
Keep vehicles and equipment maintained and organized.
A positive attitude and professional work ethic required.
Provide a high level of customer service.
Requirements:
Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation to work (will be driving company van)
Available for rotating on call and after-hours shifts
Able to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
Must be available to work overtime as needed and for after-hours emergency calls
Ability to manage multiple projects with accuracy
Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights and in tight spaces (e.g., crawlspaces, attics)
Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
Ability to provide accurate measurements and reports of work performed.
Compensation:
Up to $40/hr, depending on experience
