Key Responsibilities
Supervision: Lead and manage a team of plumbers, ensuring all projects are completed to the highest standards.
Re-piping: Oversee and perform re-piping projects, ensuring compliance with all regulations and codes.
Installations: Expertly install water heaters, shower valves, and faucets.
Leak Detection: Utilize advanced techniques to detect leaks and assess water damage.
Water Damage Restoration: Execute water damage assessments and restoration plans in line with IICRC standards.
Project Management: Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
Customer Service: Address client concerns and provide solutions to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Certification: WRT IICRC Certification is mandatory.
Experience: Proven experience as water damage technician.
Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
