These positions don't open up very often. We're looking for an experienced Window and Door Salesman, motivated and interested in playing an active role in building our direct sales Windows and Doors division. We are a door subcontractor (in business since 1997), and in the last few years we've been developing a direct sales Window and Door division. This position will actively be responsible for acquiring, building, and increasing a base of new sales/customer accounts. Experience is required specific to the Window/Door/Frame/Hardware industry. Must be able to manage customer and supplier accounts, maintaining solid relationships with suppliers and earning favor with both new and returning customers.
Position will offer base pay (salaried - amount based on years of experience) + commission, Medical/Dental/Vision/Life insurance, 401K and 401K company matching, paid holidays, paid vacation, paid sick days, and many more company perks.
This is a competitive position (competitive with other companies), and does require building your own base of new customers. Our company has very little turnover and is reputable in this industry.
