Yacht Management & Maintenance Technician (1099 position)
We are a growing mobile marine service company specializing in Yacht Maintenance Repairs & Management. We’re seeking a professional, detail-oriented technician who can ensure yachts are always safe, clean, and ready for their owners.
Responsibilities:
Perform weekly yacht management checks and detailed monthly inspections
Operate and monitor all onboard equipment and systems
Record inspection reports with daily logs and photos using our in-house software
Ensure vessels are kept clean, organized, and presentable at all times
Provide preventative Maintenace to avoid costly issues
Assist with yacht repairs and troubleshooting as needed (secondary to management duties) must have basic amount of tools
Requirements:
Strong working knowledge of yacht systems and equipment operation
Reliable Vehicle with basic tools
Hands-on experience with engine rooms, steering systems, electrical/mechanical equipment
Must look the part—professional appearance and pride in cleanliness are a must
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently when needed
Physically fit and motivated to handle onboard work
