Job Purpose: Manage and Supervise the delivery of bedding and furniture product to customers homes by coaching and leading teams of independent contractors in a bi-lingual environment.

Duties:

Accomplishes objectives outlined by account manager by assigning, scheduling, coaching, and counseling contractors aligned with the policies and processes at each location.

Develops and maintains relations with vendors, stores and Independent Contractors

Ensures follow up on shipping discrepancies, damaged goods and in-home damage claims.

Dispatch and Monitor trucks using GPS technology and auditing each stop after completion.

Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures.

Maintain, review and report on daily/weekly/monthly operating reports that include metrics and customer service survey scores.

Responsible for billing accuracy and needed reports for proper invoicing and payments to vendors.

Job Requirements:

Supervision and Interaction with Client and Customers.

High Energy Level, Deadline-Oriented, Dependability, Persistence, Time Management, Customer Focus, Independence, Safety Management, Reporting Skills, Scheduling, Computer Proficient.

Also a Plus:

Bi-lingual with Spanish is highly preferred (Not required)

The position does not require extensive experience, but it does require the drive to be persistent in the basic operations standards. We train you on what to do… You just need the willingness to learn and be persistent.

Schedule: Locations are open 7 days per week, but the proposed scheduled for this position is to be discussed during initial interview process.

Pay is based on experience and flexibility on scheduling. Salary starts at $60,000.00/year.
