Telecom Inspector – Immediate Openings
Location: Westminster, CA (Reporting Office)
Schedule: Full-time, In-person | Monday–Friday (6:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. or 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.)
An established engineering firm is seeking motivated Entry-Level Telecom Inspectors. No telecom experience required—we will train qualified candidates.
- Position Summary -
Telecommunication Field Inspectors support engineering operations by performing on-site inspections and surveys of AT&T underground and aerial facilities. Responsibilities include:
- Conducting manhole certifications
- Performing building site surveys to determine optimal fiber-optic routing
- Completing substructure and aerial field work
- Using computer-aided software, including wind-loading tools
- Documenting findings and corresponding via email

Qualified applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally via email
- Strong work ethic; dependable; able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Reliable personal vehicle (truck preferred) – Company gas card provided
- Ability to carry at least 15 lbs. during inspections
- Energetic, detail-oriented, and able to meet critical deadlines
- Compensation & Benefits -
- Hourly rate: DOE (Minimum starting rate: $20/hr. for applicants with no experience)
- Additional compensation for field inspections:
- Cell phone reimbursement
- Company gas card provided
- Vehicle-use reimbursement (additional $1/hr. worked while inspecting)
- $40/week auto insurance reimbursement
