Our Cannabis delivery has been operating since 2013 in Orange County. In this time, we have built a solid network of patients that trust our recommendations and high-quality products. We focus heavily on customer service, fast delivery times, and keeping a large selection of products on hand at all times.
Job Title and responsibilities:
- Must have exceptional customer service skills and communication
- Receive and organize incoming delivery orders from customers via phone, online platform or text
- Assign delivery orders to drivers in order they came in
- Maintain clear communication with drivers regarding new orders, route changes, or delivery issues.
- Package orders correctly for drivers
- Familiarity with cannabis products and their effects
- Great communication skills on and off the phone
- Verify customer identification and age requirements
- Provide exceptional customer service, including addressing customer inquires & concerns in a professional manner
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while representing the company at all times.
- Report any issues or incidents encountered during deliveries to management promptly
- Assist with other duties as needed, such as inventory management or restocking products at delivery hub
- Communicate effectively with dispatcher or supervisors
- Handle cash transaction accurately and securely
Compensation & Availability
- $20/hour cash + tips
- Full time, 40+hrs/week
- Shift will be Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday 10am - 8pm
- Closed for Thanksgiving day and Christmas Day
- Must be open to work all other holidays
Must have a valid Drivers License and clean driving record
