We are a growing real estate staging company with a warehouse located in Laguna Hills. This position is more than just managing a warehouse, it also includes moving furniture into homes along with our crew. We work in a team environment so a positive attitude goes a long way!
Responsibilities include:
WAREHOUSE:
-In charge of keeping the warehouse, office and company van clean, organized and stocked with necessary supplies.
-Simple repairs to furniture; paint/stain, damage repair, upholstery cleaning.
-Pack accessories for staging projects.
-Furniture pick up and deliveries as needed for residential clients.
INSTALLING:
-Rent (we cover cost) and drive 26' truck as needed (experience driving box trucks is a must).
-Move, pack, wrap, disassemble, reassemble, load and offload home furnishings from warehouse to homes.
-Hang artwork (experience a PLUS)
-Maintain a high level of safety, quality of work and pleasant customer experience with clients onsite.
Must be able to stand, walk, sit, climb, balance and lift or move up to 65 lbs. frequently.
PART-TIME
Monday-Wednesday 8:30-4:00pm 2 week trial period
$24 p/hr and up depending on experience
Potential full time position for the right person.
